This was purchased for my collection of Zenith trans. o 's many years ago. It was purchased to be as a new old stock. I never had proof, there is no box. But for me the condition said it all. It is flawless. It all works perfectly, nothing has been done to restore anything. It is all like it came off the shelf. All lights, guages, everything works. Original cord is there and I checked and it works on batteries. The battery box looks unused. Its not cheap, but it wasn't when I bought it years ago. The best ones hold their value.This is for the collector that wants the best.
