Vintage 1971 QUAM-NICHOLS 10″ (9″ outer Surround to outer Surround) SPEAKER. Reads 14.7 Ohms. DATE CODE 2707118. NEEDS NEW CONE! Dust Cap is Intact. Some rust where magnet attaches (see pics # 3 & 10). Mounting holes measure 6-7/8″ straight across from center to center and 9-3/4″ diagonally center to center. Sold AS FOUND- Somewhat Rare Speaker. NEEDS RE-CONE-Sold For Parts or Not Working-Restoration.

The speakers are by Quam-Nichols (409006, 270732) and Carbonneau (409005, 719645). Tiny pigtail wires remain attached to the wiring lugs. Cardboard surrounds are in good condition. Likely good for 10 Watts or more.
