10/10/23 – JH It is a little dirty/dusty. It does play Cassettes and radio works as well. Plug in or uses “D” batteries (included). The battery compartment is in good shape as well, no rust! If you do not want the battery’s, the weight of the package will go down by 2 pounds. It is approx. 15-3/4″ x 3-1/2″ x 5″ tall (not including the handle). Nice Little Radio. I was listening to an FM Station. I did not have a cassette to try, but the cogs that turn the tapes was working when I turned them on. That’s all I got to say about that ! I looked high and low for one little cassette but just don’t seem to have any anymore!

I picked this up at an estate sale a while back, so I’m uncertain of its history. There’s no cord included, but I tested most of the features with batteries (not included). The AM/FM radio seems to work well, however the antenna doesn’t stay upright.

This is a good old boom box. The am/fm works well The volume crackles when adjusted. Tape decks do not work. The speakers are detachable so they can be put in other areas of the room. This radio is in good condition, no damage. Batery box is clean. Please see pictures for details.
