You can see that in my pictures. Several of the badges in the collection looked very close to the one original badge I had for my 402 preamp. SEE THE PICTURE. Finally after years of looking I found a collection of Ampex badges.
Lot of 2 Ampex Magnetic 7 Inch Reel to Reel blank Recording tapes in Scotch Box
Lot of 2 (TWO) 7″ Reel to Reel recording tapes. I believe these tapes are AMPEX 641’s but they are in Scotch Boxes? The boxes have some Discoleration, maybe some minor scuff marks or might have torn corners but that is just the cardboard BOX. I beleive the tapes have never been used. There was a note inside that stated GOOD BLANK 49 Min 7 1/2 IPS and one was labeled 1800Ft.The chart on the back is showing 1 1/2 Hours for 1800 feet at 7 1/2″ BOTH DIRECTIONS so my guess is that the 48 Min is in just one direction and that works out to 1 1/2 Hours when recoring on both sides.
