I pack my tubes in a sturdy 7″X6″X5″ box, utilizing quality packing paper, bubble wrap and tape. This packaging weighs 4 ounces on it’s own, and I will not cut back on that to save space/money. The tubes need to get to you in one piece. About Us I’m a bit “Old School”, and prefer a handshake to a “click”. But this the way of the world now. So I try to incorporate as much personal service as I can through the means at hand. I see and handle every tube that comes through this store. If a mistake is made(and it does happen), I immediately own up to it and take care of the problem as fast and thoroughly as possible.
