This is a chance to own a very nice looking vintage cabinet that dates from the late 50s to early 60s. The moment I saw it, I knew I had to have it. After having it a while, I am ready to share it with someone else who can truly appreciate it. To me it looked like the child of a parent Pioneer CS99a on steroids with a Barzilay cabinet. It stands majestically at 54″ H x 32.5″D x 27.5″W. This piece originally housed two JBL D130 in it. The original owner bought it to play with an organ. I thought it was a nice piece to either stand up tall and have a horn on it or to lay on its side and add two larger bookshelf speakers on top of it. Either works well. The original owner of the cabinet purchased it in Jackson, MS in the late 1950s or early 1960s. Thus, the cabinet is between 60 and 70 years old. The cabinet has a metal grill. The wood has a cherry wood finish in my opinion. It is glossy like a lot of cabinets were in the 1950s. That makes me think it is from the 1950’s. The color has remained rich on it. Its condition is still very nice. There are a few scuffs or scratches here and there, but as you can see in the high resolution photos, they do not steal away the beauty of the cabinet. There were a few pieces of masking tape holding a wire on the outside of the cabinet that left a little residue. I got most of it off. I do only have one of these and you will receive the one pictured for the price shown. I am happy to ship this anywhere in the continental United States. I am happy for this to be purchased internationally, however, the buyer must have a forwarding company I can ship to in the United States or arrange their own international shipping. The cheapest way I have found to ship an item of this size is to ship it with YRC freight to be picked up at the dock closest to your house. This can often be done for $220-$360. Sometimes it can be done for a little less and in some more remote areas, it might be a little more. Feel free to email me for a shipping quote. It can often be delivered to a business with a dock or a forklift for not much more. If it is a business without a dock or forklift or a residence, it might cost noticeably more. I like to save you as much money as possible on shipping. I lose money on the shipping price you pay because I do not charge you for shipping supplies, the time it takes to pack it properly and deliver to the nearest dock, or the 10% of the shipping cost that eBay keeps.
