The DCR on the original tweeters are a little over 4 ohms, so that is why we recommend to replace them with our 4 ohm version instead of the 8 ohm tweeter. It is a little brighter, so I would recommend replacing them in pairs. Heathkit Ar1515 Receiver American Electronics Mcintosh
Presentable American kit electronics. One channel playing, one out. Am might be ok. FM display and sound have problems. About 15 ICs run a red LED frequency display. Uses classic tuning capacitors, no dial cord in design. Would be interesting repair. Got one in like it days ago.. Worked perfectly just plugging it in. I am a technician. You can have this repaired assuming parts availability. Zap a message for that. This is about the closest thing to McIntosh you can get if you want American iron.
